- Standart No.2 should be used by the parties for the stands of more than 18 sq.m. For the stands of smaller area should be used standard Standart No.1
- The producing of the logos is to be paid additionally in accordance with the price-list of OOO “ExpoConsta”
- Additional equipment is provided in accordance with the price-list of OOO “ExpoConsta”
All of the equipment and the design elements are provided on a rental.
Installation and decoration of shell-scheme stands shall be provided only by the general contractor of EXPOCENTRE AO.
Decoration of shell-scheme stands by the exhibitors on their own, i.e. bringing in their own furniture, shelves, other design elements, covering the stand structures with their own materials, is prohibited.
In case the exhibitor coats stand elements on their own, the exhibitor shall pay double the cost of this service to the general contractor of EXPOCENTRE AO during the set-up period.
If it is necessary to decorate the stand with posters, they shall be attached with hooks for hanging on the wall panel.
Additional elements and stand decoration shall be ordered from EXPOCENTRE AO no later than 40 working days before the start of the exhibition set-up.
If this service is ordered later, it shall be provided only if technically feasible.
In case booth construction is carried out by an exhibitor independently or with the help of construction companies, you should pass the Technical Control in Expoconsta, OOO.
Fire Inspection
The booth project shall be approved by the Fire Inspection

- Materials list
- Stand Plan
- Russian Federation Fire safety Certificates on construction materials
- Approval papers on fire protection treatment of flammable materials
- Copy of the license of a company made the fire protection treatment
- Copies of Certificates for fire safety, compliance, hygienic certificate for fire resistance mixture
